Love this vitamin! I went vegetarian about 6 months ago (still going strong 😉) and was searching for a vitamin that was soy free and overall more “natural” that wouldn’t break the bank…lol. It really has enhance my energy level that lasts throughout my work day. I try to work out for an hour 4-5x’s/week in the evening but after a long day at work sometimes would only have energy left to do 3 days. Lately, I have been reaching my goal of 4-5 and I attribute it to my overall diet and the daily intake of this men’s multivitamin. Also, the male health/prostate, immune and antioxidant blends are a plus. I currently don’t have any prostate issues as I am only 36, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to take a natural supplement that can only help keep things healthy.
The only downside that I can say is that it doesn’t really taste that great going down but its only temporary and taste is gone aa soon as you swallow it. Definitely take as directed with a meal. One morning rushing for work I only had a very small egg white omelette, took the vitamin and went out the door. BAD IDEA….I got nauseous 30mins later because I didn’t eat enough. So please do eat prior to taking….I haven’t made that mistake since!! Overall, I will definately be buying this vitamin for a long time!!

Very good break-down of vitamins, and very easy on stomach. As mentioned by many others, will make your urine neon. I am pretty sure thats with nearly anything though. Great price and very friendly customer service.
Loving these. On my 2nd bottle. Seeing a small increase in testosterone with weight training, running and clean eating. I am also noticing that I am alert without feeling hyper. No side effects!
It’s a multivitamin, it isn’t going to make you feel like you have superpowers. I normally take One a Day but recently switched to this one because I like the larger and wider variety of vitamins, and the fact that it is organic. I haven’t had any side effects, but of course that will be different from person to person when switching supplements. So far so good, will be buying again when I run out!
This is one of the better men’s multivitamins I have tried. The capsules are standard size and you must take two. Just like most they still have a bad flavor but that’s almost impossible to avoid if at all. I do notice an energy boost from it nut I take a vitamin b supplement with it so I can’t determine if this actually is adding to it or not. I like the prostate support ingredients found in this one better then most. It has a few things that a you don’t normally find in a multivitamin but not in enough quantity to help a whole lot unfortunately.
I will have to continue taking this product for at least a few months before I can say anything more for certain, but I will be giving it the extra time which is more then I can say for most. Will update if required.
